Key Responsibilities

• Preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing basic laboratory tests.

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

• Updates patient records.

• Familiar with general concepts of Infection prevention and control

Academic Qualification

• • Certificate/Diploma in medical laboratory. • Prior experience as a phlebotomist technician is a plus

Specific Experience

Person Specification

• Certificate/Diploma in medical laboratory.

• Prior experience as a phlebotomist technician is a plus

•Adept at venipuncture, phlebotomy, and finger sticks

• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Interpersonal skills and compassion

• Knowledge of infection control procedures

• Attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

WAREHOUSE OFFICER (1)

As part of the Supply chain Team the warehouse officer will maintain and operate our regional warehouse containing a wide variety of supplies, parts and materials as per organization standards, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records; and to receive and issue authorized supplies and materials according to established procedures.

PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (1)

The Procurement assistant shall provide procurement support in all IDI procurement functions including both local and international purchases, covering a range of requirements from medical drugs, laboratory equipment and supplies, office supplies; IT related requirements, renovations, and service agreements among others.
