At IDI, we are human by design, placing people at the core of everything we do. Our project design process is centred around communities, ensuring their needs are prioritized from start to finish. We believe that every investment should positively impact people’s lives and well-being.
Data is a new microscope. At IDI, we are obsessed with it. We use data to improve our projects and drive insight and innovation. IDI uses a detailed model to identify and set targets for key metrics that drive our interventions and initiatives. These measurements include the number of people receiving treatment and care, health workers trained, laboratories supported to meet clinical and research needs, health products developed or improved, and policies influenced to enhance clinical practice and overall health outcomes.
