A Public Health Physician with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from Makerere University, Kampala, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Melbourne, Australia, with a career committed to the Prevention and control of HIV and, with 20 years of combined experience in HIV clinical care and public health program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Currently the Head of the national multi-sectoral HIV Prevention response based at the Uganda AIDS Commission and, responsible for ensuring that appropriate HIV Prevention programs are implemented by all the various sectors in addition to coordinating all sectors and stakeholders to ensure their efforts are efficiently and effectively contributing to the common national goal of ending further HIV spread.
