This is achieved through collaborative efforts with various stakeholders:<\/p><ul><li>Ministry of Health: IDI works closely with the Ministry of Health to stay informed of national policies and guidelines related to medical commodity management.<\/li><li>National Warehouses: We maintain strong relationships with national warehouses, advocating for the timely delivery of essential medical supplies.<\/li><li>District and Facility Teams: IDI strengthens the capacity of district and facility teams in forecasting, ordering, and efficiently redistributing medical commodities. This proactive approach helps prevent stockouts that could disrupt service delivery.<\/li><\/ul><p>By fostering a collaborative network and promoting efficient logistics management, IDI&#8217;s HSS projects play a critical role in ensuring healthcare facilities are well-equipped to meet the needs of their patients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
